Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between AIRON.today ("AIRON," "we," "us," "our") and the individual or entity ("User," "you," "your") accessing or using our AI agent platform and related services (the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian, agree to these Terms, and take full responsibility for their use.

We may update these Terms periodically. All changes take effect from the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. AI Agent Disclaimer

Our platform utilizes artificial intelligence technologies. When using our Services, you acknowledge and understand the following:

1.1 Fundamental Understanding and Responsibility

  • You are interacting with an AI system with inherent limitations.
  • AI systems use probabilistic models that may produce errors, misunderstandings, or inaccuracies.
  • AIRON is not responsible for any misinterpretations or inaccuracies generated by our AI systems.

1.2 User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy.
  • You must exercise independent judgment before relying on or implementing AI-generated suggestions.
  • You assume full responsibility for monitoring and approving the use of AI-generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or omissions based on AI-generated content.

1.3 Inherent AI Limitations

  • Outputs may contain factual errors or inaccuracies.
  • AI may produce content that appears formulaic or repetitive.
  • AI may misinterpret nuanced language, idioms, or cultural references.
  • AI cannot truly understand or express human emotions.
  • AI outputs may reflect biases present in training data.
  • AI has limitations in complex reasoning and subjective judgment.

1.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

  • AIRON makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated content.
  • AIRON is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
  • Users must independently evaluate all AI outputs before use and bear full responsibility for subsequent actions.

2. Platform Integration and Third-Party Credentials

2.1 Integration Authorization

Our Services may offer functionality to integrate with third-party platforms and services (e.g., LinkedIn, Gmail, project management tools). When you choose to use these integrations:

  • You explicitly authorize AIRON to act as your agent to interact with these platforms on your behalf.
  • You represent and warrant that your use of such integrations complies with the terms and conditions of those third-party services.
  • You acknowledge that AIRON is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these third-party platforms.

2.2 Credential Handling

  • When you provide credentials for third-party services, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share such credentials.
  • AIRON implements security measures to protect credentials but cannot guarantee absolute security.
  • Credentials may be temporarily processed to facilitate requested integrations but are not permanently stored in an accessible format.
  • You can revoke integration permissions at any time through your account settings.

2.3 Platform Compliance Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our AI assistant with third-party platforms complies with those platforms' terms of service.
  • AIRON is not responsible for any violations of third-party terms resulting from your use of our Services.
  • You agree to indemnify AIRON against any claims arising from your violation of third-party platform terms.
  • Our Services are designed to enhance your productivity, not to circumvent restrictions or violate terms of third-party platforms.

IMPORTANT: AIRON is not a competitor to the platforms it integrates with. We do not scrape, mine, or collect data from these platforms for any commercial purpose beyond helping you, the end user, interact with your own accounts. Our purpose is solely to make your interactions with these platforms more efficient through AI assistance. When our AI acts on your behalf, it does so as your authorized agent, using your credentials, just as you would personally use these platforms.

2.4 Non-Competitive Use

By using our Services, you understand and agree that:

  • Our AI assistant acts exclusively as your personal productivity tool when interacting with third-party platforms.
  • Any data accessed from third-party platforms through our Services is used solely to perform the specific tasks you request.
  • We do not aggregate or use platform data to develop competing services to those platforms.
  • Our interactions with third-party platforms are designed to be respectful of their infrastructure and avoid creating undue burden on their systems.
  • You authorize our AI assistant to take actions on your behalf at a frequency and manner consistent with normal human usage patterns.

2.5 AI Action Audit Logging

Transparency and Accountability: All AI-assisted actions taken on third-party platforms via your credentials are logged securely and made accessible to you for auditing purposes. You can review a complete history of actions performed by the AI on your behalf through your account dashboard. These logs help ensure transparency, accountability, and security when our AI assistant acts as your agent.

3. Access and Use

3.1 Account Registration

To access our Services, you must complete registration and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

When using our Services, you may not:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Impersonate others or provide false information.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
  • Use automated tools to scrape data without our written permission.
  • Engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair our Services.
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions.

Additionally, you must not use our Services to:

  • Endanger child safety or exploit minors in any way
  • Disrupt critical infrastructure
  • Incite violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Violate privacy rights or impersonate individuals
  • Facilitate illegal activities or exchange of regulated goods
  • Create harmful or abusive content
  • Spread false information or interfere with elections
  • Engage in predatory or fraudulent behavior
  • Generate explicitly pornographic content

3.3 Usage Restrictions

Our Services may impose usage limitations on specific features, such as limits on access frequency, storage capacity, or API calls. You agree to comply with these restrictions and not to circumvent them through technical means or multiple accounts.

3.4 Human Behavior Simulation

Our AI assistant may simulate human-like interactions when integrating with third-party platforms. You acknowledge that:

  • The AI operates under your explicit authorization and direction.
  • You are responsible for all actions taken by the AI on your behalf.
  • You must ensure such automated interactions comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms.
  • You will not use our Services to engage in deceptive practices or misrepresent the nature of automated interactions.

3.5 Service Modifications and Availability

Service Changes and Uptime: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party platform outages, or factors beyond our control. Critical maintenance that may affect service availability will be announced in advance whenever possible.

3.6 Beta Features

Experimental Features: Some features may be offered as beta or experimental and are provided "as is" with no warranties. These features may be subject to additional limitations, may function unpredictably, or may be removed without notice. Your feedback on beta features helps us improve them, but you acknowledge the inherent risks in using experimental functionality in production environments.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Management

Certain features of our Services require a paid subscription. Depending on your selected plan, you will be billed periodically in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless cancelled by you or us.

You may cancel your subscription renewal by contacting info@airon.today or through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, and you will maintain access until the end of your paid term.

4.2 Billing and Fee Changes

You must provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with reasonable notice before the end of your current subscription period. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

4.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription type or purchase under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be eligible for a refund regardless of::

  • Subscription type (monthly, annual, or other).
  • Geographic location or regional consumer protection laws.
  • Time elapsed since purchase.
  • Technical issues or service interruptions.

5. Content and Data

5.1 Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you provide to our Services, including prompts, uploaded files, and generated outputs (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent that:

  • You own or have obtained all necessary rights to the User Content.
  • Your User Content does not infringe upon third-party rights or violate any laws.
  • You have the right to grant us the licenses specified in these Terms.
  • To your knowledge, your User Content is accurate and not misleading.

5.2 License to AIRON

You grant AIRON.today a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Use, copy, store, modify, and display your User Content to provide and improve our Services.
  • Use anonymized conversations and interactions to train and enhance our AI models, unless you opt out of this use in your account settings.

AI Training and Opt-Out: By default, we may use your conversations and interactions with our AI assistant to improve our models and services. We anonymize all data before using it for training purposes. If you prefer not to have your data used for AI training, you can opt out at any time through your account settings by toggling off the "Allow AI Training" option. Opting out may in some cases limit the service's ability to better address your specific needs over time, but will not affect your current service experience.

If we process personal data contained in your User Content, such processing will be subject to our Privacy Policy.

5.3 AI Output Disclaimer

Due to the nature of AI technology, other users providing similar inputs may receive similar outputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness or exclusivity of AI-generated content, and you accept this inherent characteristic of our Services.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 AIRON Ownership

AIRON.today retains all rights to our Services, including the underlying technology, algorithms, software, and enhancements. Your use of our Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

6.2 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our Services may be used by AIRON.today without restriction or compensation.

7. Term and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

You may terminate your use of our Services at any time by closing your account or discontinuing use. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AIRON does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRON and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AIRON in the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIRON and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For users in Canada: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Ontario. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved according to the dispute resolution procedures applicable in your jurisdiction.
